Organizational Commitment

{P}eelOps is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

We believe that every person deserves equal access to information and services, regardless of their abilities. This commitment is embedded in our development process and ongoing operations.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1
  • Israeli Standard 5568 for Web Accessibility
  • Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013

  • Regular accessibility audits are conducted on new features
  • Staff training on accessibility best practices
  • User feedback is actively collected and addressed
  • Accessibility tools and options are built directly into the application
  • Semantic HTML structure is maintained throughout the site
  • Color contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG AA requirements
  • All interactive elements are keyboard accessible

Accessibility Features

Our website includes the following accessibility features:

Technical Requirements

For the best accessible experience, we recommend:

  • JavaScript must be enabled
  • Screen readers: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), TalkBack (Android)
  • Minimum screen resolution: 320px width (mobile responsive)
  • Operating systems: Windows 10+, macOS 11+, iOS 14+, Android 10+

The website is fully responsive and works on desktop computers, tablets, and mobile devices.

Testing Methodology

Our accessibility testing includes:

  • Automated testing with axe-core and Lighthouse
  • Manual keyboard navigation testing
  • Screen reader testing with VoiceOver (macOS) and NVDA (Windows)
  • Color contrast verification tools
  • Mobile accessibility testing on iOS and Android devices
  • User testing with individuals who use assistive technologies

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, the following limitations are known:

  • Complex JSON data visualizations may be challenging for screen reader users to navigate efficiently
  • Some dynamically generated content may have delayed screen reader announcements
  • PDF exports may not be fully accessible; we recommend using HTML or text exports for screen reader users
  • Real-time data updates may not always be announced to screen readers immediately

We are actively working to address these limitations and improve accessibility across all features. If you encounter any accessibility barriers not listed here, please contact us.

Third-Party Content

{P}eelOps integrates with various third-party services and APIs. While we ensure our own interface is accessible, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of:

  • Data retrieved from external APIs (AWS, CrowdStrike, Okta, etc.)
  • Third-party authentication providers (Google, GitHub OAuth)
  • External links to documentation or resources

We work to present third-party data in an accessible manner within our interface, but the underlying data format is controlled by the respective service providers.
