1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using {P}eelOps ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and {P}eelOps. Please read them carefully before using our Service.
2. Description of Service
{P}eelOps is a security operations platform that enables businesses to:
- Connect to third-party security and IT platforms (AWS, CrowdStrike, Okta, Cloudflare, etc.)
- Execute pre-built commands to query data from connected platforms
- Schedule automated command executions with change detection
- Compare execution results over time
- Export data in various formats
- Analyze results using AI-powered summaries
3. Beta Service Status
Important: Beta Service
By using the Beta Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The Service may contain bugs, errors, and incomplete features
- The Service may be unavailable at times without prior notice
- Data loss may occur and is not guaranteed to be recoverable
- Features and functionality may change significantly
- No service level agreements (SLAs) are provided during Beta
4. Account Registration
4.1 Eligibility
To use {P}eelOps, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- Use the Service for business purposes only (B2B)
- Be authorized to use and provide credentials for connected third-party platforms
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring that your third-party API credentials have appropriate permissions and limitations
5. Subscription Tiers
{P}eelOps offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and limits:
- Free: Limited features for evaluation
- Pro: Enhanced features for individual professionals
- Team: Collaboration features for teams
- Business: Full features for enterprise use
During the Beta period, access to features may be provided at no cost or with modified pricing. Pricing and features are subject to change.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Access systems or data without proper authorization
- Perform security testing, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning on systems you do not own
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond intended functionality
- Store or transmit malicious code
- Violate the terms of service of any connected third-party platform
- Harvest or collect information about other users
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your account.
7. Third-Party Integrations
7.1 Your Responsibility
When you connect third-party platforms (AWS, CrowdStrike, Okta, Cloudflare, etc.):
- You are solely responsible for the API credentials you provide
- You must have authorization to use those credentials with our Service
- You must comply with the terms of service of each third-party platform
- You are responsible for any charges incurred on third-party platforms
- You must ensure your API credentials have appropriate scope and limitations
7.2 No Affiliation
{P}eelOps is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform providers. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.
7.3 Trademark Attribution
The following trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here solely to indicate compatibility with their products and services:
- Amazon Web Services, AWS, and the AWS logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates
- CrowdStrike and the CrowdStrike logo are trademarks of CrowdStrike, Inc.
- Okta and the Okta logo are trademarks of Okta, Inc.
- Cloudflare and the Cloudflare logo are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of Cloudflare, Inc. in the United States and other jurisdictions
- GoDaddy and the GoDaddy logo are trademarks of GoDaddy Operating Company, LLC
- VirusTotal is a trademark of Google LLC
Use of these trademarks does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the trademark owners.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by{P}eelOps and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you provide to or generate through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service to you.
8.3 License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. {P}EELOPS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Without limiting the foregoing, {P}eelOps does not warrant that:
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
- Data retrieved from third-party platforms is accurate or complete
You understand and agree that you use the Service at your own risk. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Service is accessed at your own discretion and risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
Important Liability Limitations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL {P}EELOPS, ITS OWNER, AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business
- Loss of data or data breach costs
- Loss of use or goodwill
- Business interruption
- Cost of substitute services
- Any other intangible losses
REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION, THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), OR WHETHER {P}EELOPS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Maximum Aggregate Liability
THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF {P}EELOPS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- (A) The total amounts paid by you to {P}eelOps in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, OR
- (B) One Hundred United States Dollars (US $100)
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the limitations above shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless {P}eelOps and its owner from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or contractual right
- Your use or misuse of third-party API credentials
- Your violation of any third-party platform's terms of service
- Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party
- Any data you submit, post, or transmit through the Service
12. Dispute Resolution
Binding Arbitration Agreement
12.1 Agreement to Arbitrate
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) under its Rules of Arbitration.
12.2 Arbitration Terms

- Number of arbitrators: One (1)
- Rules: ICC Rules of Arbitration
- Award: The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding
12.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ACTION AGAINST {P}EELOPS. You may only bring claims against {P}eelOps in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
12.4 Small Claims Exception
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.
12.5 Informal Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at privacy@peelops.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
14. Termination
14.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature (when available).
14.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms
- Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
- At our sole discretion during the Beta period
- Discontinuation of the Service
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Service will cease immediately
- Your stored data will be deleted after a 30-day grace period
- Sections 9-13 (Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, Governing Law) shall survive termination
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. We may also send you an email notification.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and {P}eelOps regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16.3 Waiver
No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
